Mansoura University Ranks 5th in the Egypt Government Excellence Award (Equal Opportunities and Women’s Empowerment Category – 4th Cycle)

Prof. Dr. Nesreen Shalaby - Director of Mansoura University Quality Assurance Center and Head of the "Egypt Government Excellence Award" team for the Equal Opportunities and Women’s Empowerment category, extends her sincere congratulations to his Excellency Prof. Dr. Sherif Yousef Khater - President of Mansoura University, the Vice Presidents of the University, the Deans and Vice Deans of Faculties and the Executive Director of University Hospitals and the General Secretary of the University.

This follows the university's achievement of 5^th  place out of 52 government entities nationwide which reflects the university's performance level and the leadership's directives to be a proactive force in achieving Sustainable Development Goals regarding the leadership, social, and economic empowerment of women, ensuring their protection, and the integration of people with disabilities into the university community and beyond.

This achievement is the result of concerted efforts across the university's three sectors, all affiliated centers and units, the hospitals and medical centers sector, and the Secretary-General's sector. Without the cooperation of everyone with the Quality Assurance and Performance Evaluation Center in providing the necessary data and statistics, we could not have submitted a portfolio worthy of our prestigious and distinguished university.

she also extend her deepest gratitude to the Center’s Deputy Directors and the dedicated team for their hard work in compiling the file and formulating the KPI's that measure the progress achieved, which has been reflected in the university's improved ranking in SDGs. This effort required long working hours extending until midnight and working through holidays.

sincere thanks also go to the Directors of Quality Assurance Units and their deputies, the "Quality Heroes" of the university for completing the required surveys.
