Mansoura university at the 18th international conference of the National Authority for Quality Assurance And Accreditation of Education "NAQAAE"

 

Under the auspice of prof.DR. Sherif Khater – president of Mansoura University, a delegation from Mansoura University engaged the 18th international conference of  the  National Authority for Quality Assurance And Accreditation of Education "NAQAAE" titled " the micro credentials and the National Qualifications Framework- Bridges Across Borders" which held under the auspice of the prime minister prof.DR. Moustafa Mdbouli and the presence of the minister of higher education prof.DR. Abd Al Aziz Konsowa

The delegation included prof.DR. Maha Al Ashmawy – Dean of the faculty of Veterinary, prof.DR. Nisreen Shalaby – Director of Mansoura University Quality Assurance Center, and prof/ Ameer Shaalan – Deputy Director f the Center, Prof.DR.  Heba Mohamed Ibrahim - the Center’s Coordinator for University Training Centers  and program Accreditation, ENG. Manal Yaseen – Secretary of the center and a number of Quality Assurance units' directors and deputy directors.

The engagement came within a framework of matching the global trends in education as the conference emphasized on a set of strategic pillars to be adopted by the university, the most important are "the Micro Credentials – the national qualifications framework – lifelong learning"

A set of workshops were held to train all the quality assurance units and centers officials on the National Qualifications Framework concepts, how to build both competences and accreditation standards for training centers and the micro credentials concepts.

A number of Mansoura University students also engaged in workshops about Entrepreneurship.
