Starting the qualification of the administrative staff project at Mansoura University administrations to obtain the international accreditation certificate ISO 9001 for the year 2015 to improve the effectiveness of quality management systems and to develop the performance of the administrative staff to agree with the requirements and international measurements standards of the (ISO 9001/ 2015).
