The First Day of the Internal Audit Visit to the Faculty of Tourism and Hotels

In preparation for institutional accreditation, the Faculty of Tourism and Hotels welcomed a technical support visit from Mansoura University Quality Assurance Center on Tuesday 17^th September 2024.

In the presence of Prof. Nisreen Shalaby – Director of Mansoura University Quality Assurance Center and the Audit Team, including Prof. Fatma Al-Zahraa Al-Gohary – Team Lead and Deputy Director of for the Humanities and Social Sciences Sector, Assoc. Prof. Mona Farouk– Associate Professor at the Faculty of Pharmacy, Assoc. Prof. Marwa Mahmoud Ramadan – Associate Professor at the Faculty of Agriculture.

The team was received by Prof. Mohamed Ahmed Abdel Latif – Dean of the Faculty, Prof. Doaa Samir Hazza – Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development, Prof. Rehab Mahmoud Al-Sharnoubi – Vice Dean for Postgraduate Studies and Research, Assoc. Prof. Mona Ezz Ali – Head of the Tourism Guidance Department, Dr. Reham Mamdouh Abdel Maqsoud – Director of the Quality Assurance Unit, Dr. Mohamed Ahmed El-Said – Deputy Director of the Quality Assurance Unit

The visit commenced with a formal meeting between the auditors, the Dean, the Vice Deans, and the leadership of the Quality Assurance Unit then the team proceeded to the Base Room to begin the examination and auditing of the faculty’s documentation

The first day concluded with a meeting to discuss the findings of the day’s activities and to confirm the schedule for the second day.
