Within the framework of qualifying Mansoura University administrative staff to obtain the international accreditation "ISO 9001/2015", on Thursday 16^th January 2020, the Quality Assurance center organized a lecture entitled " Principles of applying total quality and understanding the terms of the specification" for the third staff group, under the chairmanship of prof/ Seham Gad Al Haq – Director of Mansoura University Quality Assurance and Assessment C enter and coordination with ARTAC Company.
